Paris has confirmed reports that new boyfriend Doug has splashed out on a new puppy for her birthday.

PARIS HILTON has confirmed new boyfriend DOUG REINHARDT has bought her a puppy as a love gift.
Reports suggested the lovestruck beau bought the socialite a $10,000 teacup Pomeranian during a recent trip to Japan.
Appearing on America’s Ellen talk show, Hilton refused to go into details about the price of the pooch, but admitted, “He bought me a puppy… It’s the cutest dog I’ve ever seen in my life… I love him.
“We were in Tokyo and we were in a pet store and we saw it and I fell in love.”

But Hilton admits her other dogs are jealous of her new pet: “Marilyn is very jealous – my little blonde Pomeranian.
“When I’m not there, she’s all over him but as soon as I’m there, then she’s like, ‘Mom, I’m the number one.’”

Especially if you are Paris Hilton, who has apparantly ordered a diamond dashboard for her Bentley.

Paris Hilton has reportedly ordered a £200,000 diamond-encrusted dashboard for her customised pink Bentley.

The heiress will have the piece flown out from the company’s British headquarters in Crewe and have it fitted to her Continental GT in Los Angeles, The Sun reports.

“When the man said she wanted to stud the dashboard with a couple of hundred grand’s worth of diamonds, we were stunned. “We’re used to dealing with the stars so we expect the odd extravagance, but this is something else.”

Paris Hilton reckons that Victoria Beckham gets nervous around photographers. The heiress says that’s why Posh, 34, always looks so moody in public.

‘Certain things are said in the media about celebrities and people assume that’s how they are,’ Paris tells OK! ‘It’s only when you get to know someone you learn that it’s made up.

‘Victoria doesn’t smile and she does pout, but maybe she’s just shy. It’s very invasive when there are so many cameras on you.’

Paris said: “Lady GaGa is incredible and has become an instant icon in fashion and music. “I love her music and I’d love to do a song with her. She is taking over the charts and it would be incredible to work with such a talent.”

Lady GaGa hasn’t ruled out a duet with her new best friend and reckons Paris is a good pop star in her own right. She said: “Paris is great. We went to the same school so I was always dying to meet her and now we are friends. “She released a great pop song in Stars Are Blind. It was a great record.

Paris Hilton only has five close friends. The socialite – who has starred in two reality TV shows to find new best friends in both the UK and US – insists there are only a handful of people in her life she can really trust.

She said: “Honestly, I only have about five really close friends. My sister Nicky is one of them, although she is different from me. She’s shy and prefers to stay behind the scenes.”

Paris, 28, admits she is wary of new people because previous pals and ex-boyfriends have exploited her celebrity status for their own gain. “When I was a teenager people abused my trust, it really hurt my feelings. But now it’s happened so much I’ve learned who to trust and who not to. From different experiences you start to learn what kind of people you want in your life.”
